Guardianships
Mr. Appel handles guardianships for disabled adults and minors in both Illinois and Indiana. Mr. Appel assists his clients in understanding the legal requirements involved in the application and appointment of a legal guardian for an adult or minor, as well as the rights of disabled adults and minors under that guardianship. Mr. Appel actively helps his clients to understand and remain in compliance with all of the statutory and court-imposed duties of legal guardians. Mr. Appel also assists his clients in the preparation and filing of any periodic accountings or reports required by the Court.
